We offer physicals for a variety of purposes. Including: Pre-Employment Physicals, Drug and Alcohol Testing, Annual, Medical Physicals, School Physicals, C.D.L. / DOT Examinations, and Immigration Physicals. We help to keep immunizations up to date and discuss any concerns you or your parents may have in a confidential and informed settings.

DOT PHYSICALS & CDL EXAMS

We make it convenient for commercial drivers to fulfill Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory requirements.

For DOT Physicals & CDL Exams

  • Bring any required forms including the DOT Medical Examination Report with Driver Information and Health History sections completed.For DOT and CDL Exams:

For All:

  • Bring any required forms including the Medical Examination Report with Health History sections completed.
  • We can only verify immunizations administered at our facility or with appropriate verifiable documentation from another source.
  • Just Walk-In. No Just Walk-In. No appointment necessary.
  • We review your medical history and immunizations and perform a simple physical exam.
  • An urinalysis may be necessary.
  • We complete your Medical Examination Report / required forms, provide you a summary, and a Medical Examiner’s Certificate, if needed.
  • We can send a summary of your visit to your primary care provider with your permission.

It is estimated that 98 percent of Fortune 200 companies have implemented some form of employee drug testing during their recruitment process. It is important to be prepared for these drug tests by knowing what to expect.

The US Supreme Court has held that both blood and urine collection are minimally intrusive and not harmful to job applicants when conducted in the right environment (workplace or collection facility) without direct observation by the tester.  Hiring practices with respect to drugs and alcohol are regulated by Drug-Free Workplace Act (DFWA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA) and U.S. Department of Transportation regulations.
